If your application for the Milk Production Reduction Scheme was accepted last year for the first round (1st October to 31st December), then you should now be in a position to make a claim.  To do so, fill in form MPRS2.  This must be received by the RPA before midnight on 14th February 2017.  You must remember to send proof (e.g. milk sales invoices) showing the total reductions for the period.  Photocopies will be accepted.  If you are no longer producing milk at all, the RPA will accept a letter from your former milk buyer stating that you have stopped producing milk.
