We have recently completed two farm tenders for County Council farms and both have been successful.

The first farm tenancy was a dairy farm with all year round calving.  The business would be partly based on direct milk sales using a milk vending machine and building on an established festival during the summer.  This is the second tenancy we have gained for these clients; their first tenancy was successfully gained three years ago.

We also secured the tenancy for a second client on a 150 acre beef and sheep unit.  The applicant also has an existing successful free-range direct selling egg enterprise and are utilising the resources on farm and location to offer DIY livery.

Our objective is to convert the tenant’s thoughts and ideas into a sustainable farm business plan and ensure that they are invited for an interview with the Landlord and/or his Agent.
