Congratulations to Ian Browne, (a younger version in photo), William Waterfield and Max Sealy who joined FCG as shareholders twenty-five years ago.

They have and continue to make invaluable contributions to the business as well as providing words of wisdom to our FCG colleagues and developing new talent in FCG over the years.

Twenty-five years in the same career / job / profession is a lifetime in the eyes of our younger team members!! Well done, it’s a testament to their adaptability, resilience, and success in practicing what you advise in a rapidly changing industry (like we have seen in the last twelve months).

When these three consultants joined FCG in 1997, the number of fee earners in FCG increased to seven.  Twenty-five years later there are thirty-two fee earning consultants and farm secretaries in FCG with two further consultancy positions being recruited currently.

FCG was founded in 1988.  One of the two founding members, Kevin Edwards, is still a shareholder today.  Kevin’s son Harry is an FCG shareholder also.
