Ellice Hahne (Sherborne)
As of 28th of November 2024, CS capital grants are closed to new applications. This has come without warning and we don’t know yet how long the closure will last, but a statement released on the Defra Farming Blog on 28/11/24 states that more information will be published in early 2025. Defra explain that due to a significantly higher demand for capital grants, they need to review the grant structure.
Grants submitted since August have not yet been processed and will probably remain on hold until the grant service is reviewed.
We don’t know yet what capital grants will look like in future but we will keep you up to date when we know more and remain available for any questions or concerns you may have.
