2016 BPS
By checking your online BPS information now, may help to avoid late or incorrect payments to your 2016 BPS payments.
It is alarming the number of fields that appear to have vanished from the RPA computer system. If these fields are still missing when the RPA processes your claim this will result in a reduction in payment as well as a penalty for “over declaration”.
Further penalties may be applied if these missing fields were used to locate EFA options or were needed to comply with the 3 crop rule.

2015 BPS
A significant number of 2015 BPS payments are still incorrect and payment is still outstanding. A simple check online should be carried out to confirm that the RPA holds the correct information. If there are any missing fields or incorrect boundaries contact the RPA via email or your agent.
