An application can now be made through DEFRA to temporarily link land within 10 miles of your CPH without the need to complete transfer forms in connection to these holdings.  The application form can be requested from DEFRA.

Information required includes details of the owner and field numbers of the land parcels used.

The application can be posted or emailed back to the Animal and Plant Health Agency and a decision will be made within 10 working days.  The land owners will be informed by DEFRA.

The temporary facility will last for a maximum of 1 year and DEFRA will write to you 30 days before the end date to enable the application to be renewed for a further 12 months.
